Is it possible to maintain a relentless work schedule as a doctor and still find time to study and improve professionally and personally? Well, on some weeks, when I hit around ~100 hours, it isn't easy, but it's possible. In this video, I will share my journey and strategies for continuing to study, learn, and improve myself even when I work 100-hour weeks as a doctor.

Last night i had a dream about a new infection going around. it turned people in to aliens. Like the aliens sigourney Weaver fault. That dream lasted for days in my mind. I finally woke up thinking it was real. After I went back to sleep I had another dream about a new infection going around. It turned people in to human sized cockroaches. I remember thinking, How are we going to stay safe. We can't trust anyone. Never saw anything get infected.

Another resident here - I honestly have a hard time with these claims of "we work 80 / 100 / xxx" hours per week. What is considered work? For me, it is everything between entering and exiting the hospital. In that time, we are usually so busy, that we often do not take a break and eat at our computers. "Downtime" at work to do other tasks? Nope. To read something up? Maybe something quick, but nothing fundamental. Maybe if we have a week with several night and weekend shifts we can approach 80 hours, but again - what is considered work? For us, it literally means getting work stuff done. And I cannot see how that is regulary 80 hours, let alone 100 hours, regularly. Mathematically, it just doesn't add up to me

Had one intense vision appear once. Maybe lucid or not. I was resting in my bed. And was fully awake cos the radio was on in the background. Suddenly I was above clouds. And hundreds of shining crystals like small stars was around. I couldnt control it but I was moving forward. My body were vibrating like crazy. It felt holy and divine. Amazing stuff. Lasted 10 seconds or so. I almost cried but at the same time I was not brave enough to let it continue. Have never seen this before or after again. ✨✨✨

if you dream every night you can expect to dream so you go lucid a lot. interestingly you can know your ina dream and still have no controll of whats going on literally guided 100% so it feels so its kindof a mystery unless your efficacy is 100% every night wich isnt hard to do you just drink nuts and seed eat all the foods required to get all you can use and exercise plus dont smoke and you should dream every night just like i can. pistachio, cashew ,almond, hazelnut ,soynut, pepitas, sunflower, chia, poppy, black sesame, white sesame, all podwered and can be mixed into a mix wich is added to water to the desired texture if any is wanted and you glug that. golden flax and flax has hydrogen cyanyde that takes away dreaming after a little. the idea whith nutrition is that you eat meats and stuff for a 30% of coverage across the board and you eat vegies for more total coverage to get the next 30% and nuts and seeds to get the last 30 % ect. You must exercise, 1-3 hours a day is efficacious for 3 hours a night with good memory, run, jog, lift weight, walk, move, video games that pump the heart well like wow are physical exertionsim aswell as intellectual. good luck explorers! The goal is the strongest physical state since that is what produces the experience for example if your dying or sick you get less patient and more crabby you can chase the greatest experience using the 4 health elements (intellectual exertionsim, physical exertionsim, nutritive exertionsim, environmental exertionsim). GOing tryhard for the best experience or physical state produces more patience wittiness, endearing qualities, the reason we speak and reasons we convey shape the stronger endstates and ofcourse you get to dream every single night that you sleep which is fun and a new adventure for all of us! we can use dreaming every night as a way to get children into health i have seen it happen with a friends child she was excited to eat healthy before bed and exercise with him to dream and she actually did that night. DOnt smoke! dont pot! or you will not dream lol

I don't know if you actually read these, but here's an interesting scenario/question for you: You said we should listen to our circadian rhythms, but they can be tweaked some. The circadian rhythm and diurnal rhythms are linked... Any thoughts for those of us with Addison's disease? Our diurnal rhythm is obliterated, and therefore so is the circadian. Even when we are able to regulate via taking our steroid doses at exactly the same time every day (this is rarely sustainable because life is a thing that happens, so it's a frequent fight), we still run into the issue where our cortisol isn't spiking around 30 minutes after waking... it's hours later. Which then also begs the question of how much longer our sleep inertia lasts on the whole. When is our brain reach full wakefulness (if ever)? A lot of us feel like the walking dead. Those of us that also have celiac disease (like myself) have all of these difficulties amplified. This is especially true in situations where said individual's celiac disease isn't controlled. Corticosteroids are lipid soluble, and celiac disease is a lipid absorption disease, so we absorb less steroid and at variable rates. I'm hoping this is a scenario that really gets your brain meats working, or even just excited. For the record: I'm a straight-A student. Thanks for the vids, I've really been enjoying them.
